Service and result.
The service will be provided through the internet, from the website www.iberogen.com
All service orders accepted by IBEROGEN ESTUDIOS AMBIENTALES SL (hereinafter IBEROGEN) are in accordance with the following general conditions of sale that form part of the sales contract. The purchase of the services will imply the acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
Iberogen and the undersigned (hereinafter “The Client”) are the parties to this agreement for contracting a DNA testing service (hereinafter “The Service”).
The Client guarantees that he is over 18 years of age and that he accepts this agreement freely and voluntarily. In order to place orders, pay, register samples or consult results, the client must create a personal account, from the website www.iberogen.com . To create the account, you will have to leave identification data (name, address), email and password. For any purchase, order, or query of results, the client will have to access his account with the email and password.
The Client is responsible for obtaining the necessary information to choose the service. Iberogen will answer all questions and advise on this choice, but will not be responsible if the Client ignores and/or incorrectly interprets the information and instructions provided by Iberogen.
The Client guarantees that he is legally able to provide the necessary biological samples and agrees to indemnify Iberogen for any loss or damage suffered as a result of any illegal activity carried out by The Client and related directly or indirectly to the service. Iberogen is not responsible for the legal capacity of the Client to take samples or request the service and will not indemnify or be liable for losses or damages to the Client or third parties for any act derived directly or indirectly from the taking of samples, the contracting and/or realization of the service and/or result.
The Client is responsible for following the instructions provided by iberogen for taking samples. The Client accepts that the result of the service may not be conclusive when the amount of DNA provided does not meet the standards that allow a result to be established. If this happens, iberogen will carry out a minimum of 2 analyzes before deciding to request the re-sending of new samples, at no additional cost to the Client. If the Client cannot or does not want to resend samples, the Client accepts that iberogen will not make any return for the same.
The Client is responsible for the delivery of the samples. Otherwise, iberogen will not be able to guarantee the performance of the service and the communication of the result until the situation is resolved.

Iberogen will not be responsible for delays or impossibility of performing the service when there are force majeure causes beyond Iberogen’s control, but it will have the obligation to inform the client about this fact if it occurs.
Communication of results.
IBEROGEN guarantees that the result of the service is correct according to the information and samples provided by the Client with an approximate degree of precision indicated in the result report.
IBEROGEN guarantees the communication of the results at no cost to the client, by the means indicated on the website and in the application form. The Client may not demand delivery by post, or by email. The result will always be available in the client’s account. The laboratory will communicate the publication of the results by means of an automatic email.
The Client is responsible for communicating to IBEROGEN all the information necessary to perform the service. IBEROGEN will not be responsible for inaccurate, erroneous or inconclusive results when the Client has not provided the required information or has provided false information. The customer is responsible for taking samples and sending samples in good condition for processing.
Prices and payment methods.
The prices shown on the IBEROGEN website include VAT.
IBEROGEN reserves the right to modify the price of items without prior notice in accordance with market conditions.
Payment must be made by the means indicated at the time of the order and in euros (€).
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the buyer must use the following information indicating the order number as a concept:
Payment by bank transfer usually takes between 2-3 business days. The client will have to send by email to info@IBEROGEN.com, the proof of the bank transfer in order to guarantee the validation of the payment of their order.
IBEROGEN does not guarantee the acceptance of a payment issued by a method other than those indicated on the website www.iberogen.com. The Client will be responsible for any additional charges derived from the chosen payment method.
The Client accepts that the result will not be communicated until the payment has been made and confirmed by the IBEROGEN bank.

The customer can request the return of his order, within a period of 1 month, from the date of purchase. The client will request the return to the customer service, by email to email@example.com. Once purchased, the tests do not have an expiration date and can be used according to the client’s needs.
The Client cannot request the return of his order, once his samples have been received in the laboratory.
For packs or combined products such as sexed or analytics packs or sexed + analytics products, only the full refund can be requested. In the event that the client has sent one or more samples of the pack, the return cannot be made.
Refunds will be made by bank transfer, PayPal account or with discount vouchers that the customer can redeem for future purchases.
If IBEROGEN should cancel the service due to force majeure, the Client will have the right to receive a refund of the total amount paid.
Orders that have not been paid within 30 days from their completion will be automatically canceled if the customer does not register any shipment in his personal account.
IBEROGEN reserves the right to destroy the samples received if the service has not been paid in full within a period of 30 days from the day of receipt of the samples in the laboratory.
Access, security and confidentiality.
To access the services, the user must create a customer account and accept the General Conditions, becoming considered a Customer, and identified through their email + password.
To access your personal account, the Client will have to enter your email and password of at least 6 characters.
The use of the password is personal and non-transferable, and transfer, even temporary, to third parties is not permitted. In this sense, The Client undertakes to make diligent use and keep it secret, assuming all responsibility for the consequences of its disclosure to third parties.
In the event that The Client knows or suspects the use of his password by third parties, he must modify it immediately, in the way in which it is collected on the Website.
IBEROGEN will communicate with its clients by email and, if necessary, by telephone.
Users and clients may request information, through the customer service, by telephone (653 96 89 32) or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to resolve general doubts, but they will not be able to obtain information on the results of the samples. .
Iberogen will not provide customer data or samples to third parties, unless there is express authorization from the customer who has contracted the service.
